Why it will not fit my mobile devices?
Our charging station is compatible with apple device, iPad, andorid phones etc. It features USB-A instead of USB-C currently, but we’re updating one of the 5 usb-a port to a usb-c port. Inventory will be mixed with old and updated version lately.
Why my watch charger does not fit in the slot?
First, our watch charger port features USB-A port instead of USB-C, so for the newest apple watch charger will not be fit in, second, the dimension of the circle slot is 27.6mm, the replacement charger on the market won’t be fit in.
Do I have to remove all of cases on the devices to get them charged?
The slot gap disctance is around 0.7 inch, if you have the mobile device with case that the thickness over 0.7 inch, please remove it for better charging.
How big is it the charger unit? Will my ipad be falling off in the back?
The size of the unit is 6.7″(L) * 5.11″(W) * 3.14″(H), weights 1.48lb. So put the ipad pro in the back alone might cause falling-off, the unit bear max weight around 1.05lb, we suggest putting the phones in the front to maintain balance.
Does the unit comes with type-c watch charger or regular watch charger?
No, it only comes with 5 mixed short cable as USB-C, micro USB and lighling cords. Not include watch charger. More questions, please refer to the FAQ document or you may reach us.
5 Mixed connector cords – Our multi charging station comes with 3 types of charging cables meets all your needs, lighting cables, type C, and USB micro charging cable. Noted that these are short cables (8″ long) just only for your prefered using. We highly suggest that using your own original cables. NO WATCH CHARGER INCLUDED!
